If anything goes wrong with your clock during your warranty, we will send you a shipping tag to have your machine sent to us, reapir it same day or next and get it right back out to you. Unlike sending it to the factory which can sometimes take 2 weeks+!

What happens after your warranty expires? Not a problem! We offer all of our customers extended warranties for a small fee.
